01 / SERVICE SCOPE

Call tracking under one workspace boundary.

The pilot provides call routing, attribution, reporting, optional recording, dynamic number insertion, and administrative controls for invited users. Twilio, telephony, storage, and email services remain separate provider services.

02 / CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Use the service lawfully and configure it deliberately.

  • Maintain accurate destinations, users, and provider credentials.
  • Obtain required consent for tracking and call recording.
  • Do not collect payment-card details on a recorded call.
  • Review retention and deletion settings for your jurisdiction.
03 / PILOT BILLING

Amounts are agreed and verified outside the application.

The product records usage snapshots and manual statement status. It does not store a payment method, calculate an overage price, initiate a charge, renew a subscription, or prove that payment settled. Provider charges may be billed separately.

04 / OPERATIONS & EXIT

Export first, release numbers, then close.

Availability depends on the deployed infrastructure and connected providers. Before offboarding, export workspace data and confirm that provider numbers are released. Guarded deletion then removes workspace records according to the documented cleanup workflow.
